Highly frequented buildings require particularly stable door systems. E.g., their utility increases due to the specially reinforced construction and the large opening width of the SCHÜCO door ADS 75 HD.HI (Heavy Duty, High Insulation). The door not only adds striking accents in the façade of a house, but with a building depth of 75mm and maximum headroom of up to 3,000mm it is suitable for almost every application. The degree of freedom in the design is particularly great. The advantages of the classic and timeless design are apparent for all SCHÜCO façade and window systems.

Increased heat protection, safety and workmanship
With the window generation AWS SCHÜCO provides a system for all requirements. Functional advantages combine with design and architectural aspects. Advantages such as high thermal insulation at passive house level are combined with low construction depths and narrow visible widths in a few components that harmonise perfectly with each other. All fittings can be operated manually, mechatronically or centrally via the building control system based on standardised interfaces. Burglar resistance up to resistance class RC3 (WK3) (DIN EN 1627).

ADS 80 FR 30/60
The door and wall construction tested in accordance with European (EN 1364/1634) and German standards (DIN 4102) for multifunctional applications – it meets all requirements of fire resistance classes EI30 (T30 / F30) / EI60 (T60 / F60) and EW30 (G30) (G30)
In combination with optional equipment components, tailor-made multifunctional doors can be realized for additional requirements of building security and automation. E.g. burglar resistance up to RC 3, anti-panic function, safety barriers, access control and sound insulation. Room-high, large-size glazing is just as possible as indoor fixed glazing protecting from falling.
For special requirements such as in entry/exit areas of day-care centers, SCHÜCO offers fire and smoke protective solutions which ensure that the escape door function is triggered with a door opener in 1,500 mm installation height. Anti-fingertrap doors are feasible. In addition, the use of profile-integrated door closers with free-running function enables barrier-free passageways which are also easily usable for smaller children and elderly persons.
ADS 65.NI SP
The smoke protection system SCHÜCO ADS 65.NI SP (non insulated smoke protection) for single and double doors and the system fittings are fully tested according to DIN 18095 and EN 1634-3. Stable hollow-chamber profiles with a construction depth of 65 mm characterise this reliable smoke protection construction. Another plus: the multifunctional groove for a quick and clampable attachment of the fittings. In combination with other equipment components, customised multifunctional doors can be produced to meet diverse requirements of building security and building automation.
Specially for the indoor use, the uninsulated smoke protection system offers variable solutions for wall and door constructions, including multifunctional doors.

SCHÜCO sliding and lifting-sliding system ASS 50 offers good thermal insulation based on a sophisticated sash construction – with small facing width for light-flooded rooms.
Based on 1, 2 and 3-track frames, SCHÜCO ASS 70.HI realises large opening widths with excellent ease of use – perfect for use as a high-quality system solution in the contract sector and upmarket residential construction.
Façade systems
Maximum flexibility
The system-optimised SCHÜCO façade FWS 50 / FWS 60 offers high flexibility and attractive design options for façades and light roof areas – including optimised production and assembly processes. Another plus: As a passive house certified SI system, the façade ensures optimum thermal insulation values.
Additional system elements also enable easy and secure integration of electrical components.
